ORDINANCE LIBRARY

The National Local Advocacy Alliance (NLAA) has worked to advocate against local government overreach and burdensome ordinances that restrict or prohibit the sale of legal tobacco products.

Throughout the NLAA’s past advocacy efforts, many overreaching ordinances have been opposed and prevented, but some have also passed. This library of enacted local ordinances is provided as a resource for NLAA allies and advocates.
